Every session is different. I work intuitively — sitting with what is present, guided by my own guides and allies, drawing from the full range of my clinical and spiritual training as needed. You may come not knowing what you need. That is not a problem. Discerning what is actually asking to be addressed, and how, is part of the work itself.

Trance Mediumship & Spirit Communication

Respectful communication with spirits across multiple realms — including deceased loved ones, spirits of place, ancestors of blood and bone, and spiritual guides and teachers — accessed through trance states and grounded in an animist perspective.

I often receive communication from loved ones whose ending was traumatic or unresolved, and who have messages or wisdom to share that may offer closure. I also work in deeper trance states to channel spiritual guidance, philosophy, wisdom, and healing directly from guides and spiritual teachers.

Trance is a type of mediumship. Evidential mediumship and spirit communication utilise the psychic arts and extrasensory perception to sense energy, and the medium links with the spirit to bring channelled messages. A spirit link in trance merges with and speaks through the medium, making direct spirit communication possible. Transfiguration of face and voice is common, where the medium may begin to resemble or sound like the spirit communicator.

Psychopomp & Transition Work

Psychopomp work tends the threshold between the living and the dead — and the vast terrain beyond it. This includes guiding troubled, earthbound souls and spirits of place toward wellness and peaceful transition; working with the collective dead who need assistance crossing over; addressing the influence of attached beings on living clients and acknowledging the trauma or colonial impact on the land on which they sit; and working with the other-than-human, such as nature spirits, elementals, curses, thought forms, and intrusive energies that are not conscious but create obstruction and harm.

This work encompasses a range of approaches and methodologies. My broader psychopomp practice is ritual-led and informed by my mentor Shannon Willis at Red Earth Healing. I also practise Compassionate Depossession, a specific methodology developed by Betsy Bergstrom at Spirit-Wise, which focuses on working with beings or entities who have attached to a living person, which may manifest as unexplained illness, emotional disturbance, personality changes, or a persistent sense of not being oneself.

Ancestral Lineage Healing

Ancestral Lineage Healing is a relational, ritual-based approach to multi-generational healing developed by Dr. Daniel Foor of Ancestral Medicine. Rather than the practitioner doing the healing for the client, this work supports you in coming into direct relationship with your own wise and well ancestors — enlisting their participation to heal what moves through your lineages, to transform inherited burdens, to restore vibrancy across the line, and recover ancestral gifts for the living.

The work begins by attending to your four primary blood lineages, moving through them with the guidance of your own well ancestors. It weaves together psychological, spiritual, and cultural healing — acknowledging that personal healing cannot be fully separated from the larger cultural wounds carried by our people, including the impacts of colonisation, historical trauma, and cultural disconnection. When held with cultural humility and historical honesty, reclaiming ancestral reverence as a living practice is an inherently decolonial act.

Energy Healing & Spiritual Surgery

Energy healing and spiritual surgery work in the quantum and subtle fields of the body — addressing the energetic roots of physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalance without physical contact.

This work is often spirit-led. I may enter a trance state in which spirit doctors, archangels, or other vibrant guides work through me removing blockages, clearing intrusions, and performing what can only be described as phantom surgery in the energetic field. The level of my conscious awareness during the process varies; sometimes I am a witness, sometimes a vessel.

I also draw on Integrative Quantum Medicine™ (IQM), a conscious healing methodology developed by Founder Louise Mita at Tao Energy Center. IQM works by identifying and removing blockages in the flow of QI — life force energy — through a non-verbal exploration of the patient's higher consciousness. When QI flows freely, the body's natural healing begins. I am a Level III certified IQM practitioner and integrate these techniques into sessions alongside other approaches as needed. Past & Parallel Life Integration

Exploration and healing of “past-life” experiences and parallel-dimensional aspects that influence current life patterns, relationships, and spiritual development.

Some patterns, fears, attractions, and wounds cannot be fully explained by this lifetime alone. I support clients in accessing and integrating experiences from what we call past or parallel lives — other expressions of the soul across timelines and dimensions that continue to exert influence on present circumstances, relationships, and spiritual development.

Some cosmologies speak of the “soul” (our intangible field that holds our consciousness) as existing across multiple timelines and dimensions simultaneously, understanding that the entire soul does not incarnate in the present body and that soul parts can co-exist elsewhere. Fragments may become lost or stuck in other lifetimes as a result of trauma or unresolved experience. From this perspective, past and parallel life integration can include the retrieval and return of these soul fragments to support greater wholeness in the present.

Time is not linear. We work in the 'past,' 'present,' and 'future' as a matter of human orientation — understanding that in truth these exist simultaneously in an interdimensional, geometric spiral. From this perspective, healing in one timeline ripples across them all.
