I am a multidimensional psychospiritual healer, spiritual doula, and intergenerational and complex trauma therapist. I walk the threshold between the seen and unseen worlds — between clinical rigour and spiritual wisdom, between ancient lineages and contemporary practice.

My work is rooted in over a decade of clinical training and practice, specialising in complex trauma and forensic psychology, historically working with incarcerated women, trauma survivors, and those navigating systems that were not designed with their safety in mind. I came to the UK from the USA, where I was recognised by the Home Office as an Innovator, and built Integrative Healthcare Solutions — a company dedicated to creating trauma-responsive, culturally sensitive healing and support systems for individuals and organisations.

Alongside my clinical foundation, I have trained extensively in the psychic arts and various spiritual healing lineages — including evidential mediumship; trance healing, speaking & communication; Ancestral Lineage Healing; Compassionate Depossession; psychopomp work; energy healing; and Integrative Quantum Medicine™. I draw from multiple traditions with deep respect for the lineages and teachers who hold them. I also have an interest in consciousness research and am the Founder of an IONS Community Group, where we discuss the intersectionality of science and the liminal realms.

I work with those at various stages of their awakening — from those with no prior therapeutic or spiritual experience, to seasoned practitioners who need to stay clear and in good condition for their own work with others. Each session is different. I work intuitively, guided by what is present, drawing from my full range of knowledge, experience, and the unified field.

This work found me as much as I found it. It is the thread that runs through everything I do.
