1. Who We Are
1.1. Acelindquist.com is a practice website owned and operated by Integrative Healthcare Solutions Limited (IHS), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13055621, registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ ("We", "Us", "Ofur").

2. Our Services
2.1. Through acelindquist.com, We offer a range of psychospiritual healing and clinical trauma therapy services ("Services"), including but not limited to: trance mediumship and spirit communication, psychopomp and transition work, Ancestral Lineage Healing, Compassionate Depossession, past and parallel life integration, energy healing and spiritual surgery, and clinical trauma therapy.
2.2. The Services are holistic, bespoke, and integrative in nature. A collaborative and intuitive approach is taken with each client. Each session is guided by the presenting needs of the client and the practitioner's assessment of what is asking to be addressed, in support of the client's overall mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
2.3. The Services are provided in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions and the ethical frameworks of the respective spiritual lineages and training programmes from which the practitioner draws.
2.4. Unless otherwise agreed, Sessions will be held online via video conference.
2.5. Clients must be at least 18 years old to engage these Services. Services may only be provided to minors with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Nature of Spiritual and Energy Healing Services
3.1. The spiritual healing, mediumship, energy healing, ancestral healing, psychopomp, depossession, and past and parallel life integration services offered through this website are complementary and spiritual in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency services. Results vary between individuals, and no specific outcome or cure can be guaranteed.
3.2. Clients are encouraged to continue working with qualified medical and mental health professionals for any physical or psychological health conditions alongside any work undertaken through this website.
3.3. Trance mediumship, spirit communication, and channelled guidance are provided in good faith and in accordance with the practitioner's training and ethical frameworks. No guarantee can be made as to the specific content, outcome, or experience of any session.
3.4. Energy healing and spiritual surgery, including Integrative Quantum Medicine (IQM) and trance-based healing, are complementary practices.
3.5. Ancestral Lineage Healing is offered as a practitioner-in-training service, conducted within the Ancestral Medicine framework taught by Dr. Daniel Foor. Discounted rates apply during the certification period, and sliding-scale sessions may be available.
3.6. Compassionate Depossession and Psychopomp work are offered as practitioner-in-training services, conducted within the frameworks taught by Betsy Bergstrom at Spirit-Wise and Shannon Willis at Red Earth Healing, respectively. Discounted rates apply during the certification period, and sliding-scale sessions may be available.
3.7. Past and Parallel Life Integration uses intuitive techniques and does not employ hypnotherapy or past life regression therapy. The practitioner is not a certified hypnotherapist or past life regression therapist.
4. Clinical Trauma Therapy
4.1. Clinical trauma therapy services are provided by Ace Lindquist in her capacity as a Licensed Professional Counsellor (Illinois, USA) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and as a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
4.2. Clinical trauma therapy is not currently offered as a primary service through this website. Enquiries may be directed to ace@acelindquist.com with no guarantee of availability.
5. Our Contract with You
5.1. When a client contacts us to engage Services, we will arrange an initial consultation to discuss the client's needs and how the Services may help.
5.2. The initial consultation will be free of charge and will last approximately 30 minutes.
5.3. Following the initial consultation, if both parties agree to proceed, we will confirm the nature of the work and any relevant details in writing via email. This confirmation, together with these terms and conditions, constitutes the agreement between us for the supply of Services.
6. Bookings and Cancellations
6.1. Sessions are booked through the booking system linked from this website.
6.2. If the client cancels a booked Session with at least 24 hours notice, the Session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date and time.
6.3. If the client cancels a booked Session with less than 24 hours notice, the Session may be cancelled and the client will not be entitled to a refund.
6.4. If We cancel a booked Session at any time, the client will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment.
6.5. Either party may terminate the engagement for the supply of Services by giving at least 30 days written notice. The client will be entitled to a refund for any Sessions booked after the expiry of the notice period.
6.6. We may terminate the engagement with immediate effect if We have reason to believe that the Services are not suitable for the client given their circumstances, or if the client is suffering a mental health crisis. In such cases, We will inform the client and may refer them to appropriate professionals.
7. Price and Payment
7.1. The price of each Session will be communicated at the time of booking.
7.2. Payment terms will be set out at the time of booking.
8. Information Provided by the Client
8.1. The client must ensure that the details they provide to us are true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
8.2. The client must inform Us of any change in any information they have provided.
8.3. We will not be liable for any problem or miscommunication that relates to misleading, inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information provided by the client.
9. Conduct During a Session
9.1. When joining a Session, the client should ensure they are in a quiet, private place with a stable internet connection to maintain confidentiality and work without interruptions.
9.2. If either party is running late, this will be communicated as soon as possible via email.
9.3. If the client does not attend within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior arrangement, the Session will be considered cancelled by the client, and the client will not be entitled to a refund.
9.4. We reserve the right to end a Session at any time if the client is exhibiting inappropriate or ethically questionable behaviour.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Services are not intended to be a substitute for legal, financial, professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reliance on the Services is solely at the client's own risk.
10.2. Although the Services are intended to support the client's well-being, We do not promise improvement in any area of the client's life and do not warrant or guarantee any specific results.
10.3. The client may initially experience an increase in discomfort emotionally or physically in response to the therapeutic and spiritual processes involved in the Services. The client should inform Us of any such discomfort.
10.4. To the extent permitted by law, Our liability to the client will be limited to the price paid for the Services. We will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages or losses.
10.5. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Confidentiality
11.1. At all times, We will keep confidential any information the client provides, as well as details about what is discussed and worked on in the Sessions, subject to the exceptions below.
11.2. We may disclose information where:
a) The client has given their consent;
b) We are required to do so by law or court order;
c) We believe there is serious risk of harm to the client or others;
d) We are required to do so by a regulatory body.
11.3. Client personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Communications
12.1. All communications will be delivered via email, except for Sessions which will be delivered via video conference.
12.2. We do not send messages or engage in communications via social media or messaging applications.
13. Changes and Amendments
13.1. We may make changes to these terms and conditions. If We do so, We will notify the client, who may then contact Us to end the contract before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any Services paid for but not yet delivered.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
